process, so that at your arrival in the Bay area, you simply have to finalize the transaction and start
settling in to your new life here.
We have a modular, step-by-step approach to the housing search and installation process, with incremental rather than a one-time, "fits all" fee.
Here is the procedure we follow. Please contact us for our fees.
- Survey-based diagnosis of needs: assessment of rent level and type of housing and help finalizing Rental Resume.
- Preview of listings and first selection: calls to verify or obtain additional information on selected options.
- Upon revised selection, tour of potential accommodations with Rental Resume and detailed report to future renter.
- Upon decision to pursue one of the accommodations, help with final transaction if renter is not in town and if feasible to proceed so.
- Once arrived, assistance with the basics of settling in: tour of area, transit map, driver's licence, auto purchase, furniture and household items purchase, etc...
Depending on your choice, the total fee can range from $40 to $400. This is an investment which will spare you the cost and harassment of
looking for comfortable, adequate housing in an unfamiliar area and culture.
It will also most likely spare you the inconvenience of moving during your stay, should you find out your accomodations are not meeting your needs down the line.
